Description
The Waterhole (spring) is the place where the spirit of Brandy’s mother lives. In the Dreaming, two initiated men (Watikutjarra) a Tjampitjin and a Tjakamarra, camped and slept here, creating a waterhole. They had originally come from Yirritji, and would eventually travel to Putarrunka where they would stay forever. These Watikutjara had the ability to enter the ground, and to fly.
