Description
This painting has an annotated diagram, title and bears the artist’s name ‘Karpa Tjampitjinpa’, in Peter Fannin’s hand on the reverse, that indicates that the straight parallel lines signify spears, the dots – tucker, the long curves – body paint, and the four semi-circles around the circle are the four seated men.
